Internship and education programmes

Prokon offers structured internship and education programmes to help young talent grow into professional engineers. Each year, dozens of university graduates and final-year students are accepted onto our paid internship programme.

Participants join real project teams and learn engineering, construction and project-management processes on the job, mentored by experienced engineers. The programme combines theory with field experience to accelerate development.

In addition, permanent employees are funded for certified training, participation in international conferences and professional-development courses. The most successful interns are invited into full-time roles at the end of the programme.
